Level 2 is for dancers progressing beyond the basics. With foundational flexibility in place, this level focuses on refining splits, leg extensions, and back flexibility while continuing to build the strength needed to support safe progression.
This is a guideline and we understand each dancer is unique. If a dancer can complete most of the level requirements, even if they are missing one or two areas, they are often ready to progress.
If you are unsure, age guidelines for Level 2 are 8–11 years.
