Level 1 is the perfect place to begin. This level introduces dancers to the foundations of flexibility and strength and is ideal for those new to online training or structured stretch and strength work. The focus is on learning correct technique, body awareness, and safe movement patterns.
This is a guideline and we understand each dancer is unique. If a dancer can complete most of the level requirements, even if they are missing one or two areas, they are often ready to progress.
If you are unsure, age guidelines for Level 1 are 5–9 years.
